An early pioneer in online learning since 2009, my expertise shifted into instructional design as our reliance on digital platforms increased. During the pandemic, when learners were focus-challenged, I found that fusing compelling storytelling and strategic technologies were imperative in reaching a disrupted populace.

My design and production background instills a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, cutting through complex subjects to create clear, effective learning that is both accessible and meaningful. Many of my Quality Matters (QM) certified courses were used as templates by other instructors. I deliver a powerful mix of creativity and structure and perform best within a mission-driven organization.
